To edit this page simply login to the control panel, click the Website Content tab and choose the View Web Pages option. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
Returns Policy
In the event that an item is damaged, broken, or has a manufacturer default, you may exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. If the item is in tact, and is not broken, we will not offer a refund. All sales are final.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order for a replacement.
consignment orders
All consignment orders must be paid, or products must be returned, within 30 days. If a 60 day time period is exceeded, the client will be responsible for the full amount listed on the invoice +10% compounding monthly interest. All returned items require inspection, if any damage or tamering is evident, the return with not be accepted. Due to food safety laws, Yin Yang Infusions will not accept returned edible or food items. consignee is responsible for sending back consigned items and paying all applicable shipping costs. By accepting a consignment order you agree to our consignment terms and conditions.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please allow up to 72 business hours for orders to ship. All orders are set for 3-5 day Fedex ground shipping, if you would like to request a faster shipping option please contact us.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
